Hi, I’m Rysia!

I’m a fully qualified secondary Science teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, specialising in AQA GCSE Combined Science.

After teaching in secondary schools across London, as well as teaching abroad, I launched Simply Science Tuition in 2022 and now run it full-time.

I created Simply Science Tuition to help students feel more confident, supported, and less overwhelmed with GCSE Science.

I specialise in AQA GCSE Science, teaching students across Foundation and Higher tier, including students studying Triple Science.

My Foundation groups are particularly focused on helping students who need additional guidance and confidence to work towards their pass - while my Higher groups support students working towards the higher GCSE grades.

My online booster groups are designed to:

✔ Build confidence in Science
✔ Improve understanding of tricky topics
✔ Develop strong exam technique
✔ Help students feel comfortable asking questions

I believe students learn best when they feel supported, encouraged, and understood - not pressured.

Every session is structured, friendly, and focused on helping students make genuine progress in both confidence and grades.

Students also receive:

✔ Monthly student workbooks for use during sessions
✔ Supporting homework booklets with past exam questions
✔ Access to student WhatsApp groups for ongoing Science support between sessions

Qualifications:
• BSc (Hons) Medical Sciences
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Enhanced DBS checked
